AT222 : B.Sc. IN AGROTECHNOLOGY (HONS) AGRONOMY
This degree programme will take three and a half (3.5) years and is designed for students who are interested in learning about different types of soils, crops, and the environmental factors that affect them. Students in this programme will learn to use suitable soil and crop co-operated with technology that allows the environment to maximise crop production, while gaining valuable practical skills in the process. The courses offered in this programme include Introduction to Soil Science, Agricultural Issues, Plant Nutrition, Integrated Pest and Disease Management, and Weed Science. Research studies may focus on areas such as soil fertility, plant breeding and crop physiology.
